We made it to the top!

Today we went to church and it is neat to see that the church is the same, no matter where you go in the world. It was also funny, because we saw a family that used to be our neighbors there. They just moved to Hawaii 3 weeks earlier. ( Small world ) After church they had by the door fresh avocados and papaya for you to take. Now I would imagine that you wouldn't find that happening any where else but fun.
Then after lunch we decided to take a drive. For the last few years that Neal, Shirley and kids have been to Hawaii, they have attempted to drive to the top of Waimea Canyon, to the point of look out over Napali! Each time someone in the family got car sick from all the twisting roads that go all the way up. There were 4 lookout areas plus a museum. They however never made it past the first two look outs. We were blessed that today, that no one got sick and there was lots of sunshine, so we made it to the top. I will let the photos do the rest of the talking tonight!
