Hospital Day

 Today I was at the hospital all day with a very good friend! I thought a lot about our bodies and how vital it is to take care of them. And also remembered what a privilege it is to have a healthy one.I think it is good every now and then to really take a good look at our bodies and learn how to understand it and take care of it.
