What is love?

I love how children seem to be able to explain things so easily and simply! Like the example below.

Here are some questions and answers about love, straight from the kid’s mouths!

What do you really think of love?

  • "Love will find you, even if you are trying to hide from it. I have been trying to hide from it since I was five, but the girls keep finding me." (Bobby, 8)
  • "I'm not rushing into being in love. I'm finding fourth grade hard enough." (Regina, 10)

Why do lovers hold hands?

  • "They want to make sure their rings don't fall off because they paid good money for them." (Dave, 8)

What’s falling in love like?
  • "Like an avalanche where you have to run for your life." (Roger, 9)

What is love?

"When my grandmother got arthritis, she couldn't bend over and paint her toenails anymore. So my grandfather does it for her all the time, even when his hands got arthritis too. That's love.
