I was reading an article the other day, and a certain part of the article stood out to me. Probably because I struggle with my self worth, time to time. I forget that it is important not to let the everyday challenges and problems get me down. I forget at times that I cannot help others until I help myself. I am in a REFILL mode. I am trying to refill the bucket of which I serve and give from. I need to take time out to help myself heal and build up my hope and courage. It seems that my bucket has been a bit empty lately. I will leave with you a small part of this article and some quotes.
